We are happy to confirm that we can provide you with the documents to assist you with the Tax refund. In this case, we kindly ask you to send your Order request via email to along with your International Home Address as the Billing Address and your German Address as Delivery.

Alternatively, you can place an order online as usual which will give you the opportunity to use a Credit Card or other payment method. Please note that the Credit Card and PayPal must be or have been issued in Germany. In this case, you would need to use your German Address as both the Billing and Delivery Address. Once you have received your order, please send us your International Home Address and we will proceed accordingly.

Once you leave Germany, you would need to send the original Invoice along with the filled out Export Documents stamped and signed by the Airport Customs Authority to our Accounts Department under the following postal Address:

Once we have received your documents, we will refund the German VAT Tax from your order accordingly. Please provide us with the Bank Account (IBAN, Swift code and Account Name) to process your refund. Please note that there will be a 20 € administration fee applicable for this process. This will be deducted from the total amount of your VAT refund. Please note that we can also refund to an International Bank Account however this will also incur an additional fee and the amount of the fee varies from bank to bank.

The overseas export of your product must be done within 3 months from the Invoice Date.
